Exercise twice a day is essential for not only physical health yet also mental health.

If you work at a computer at a desk in a chair most of your day, then one should and can get up, stand up and stretch and shrug your shoulders, touch your toes, flex and shake out your hands, arms, legs, and ankles, close your eyes and breath in and out slowly and relax.

Any type of movement before work, during lunch and after work, like a 20-30 minute walk is healthy. To get refreshed mentally and physically. Just a nice long walk to and around your local park, near the river, around your university campus, up stairs, down stairs, not too fast, not too slow.

Do this daily and do it regularly. You will feel the results and see the results in your attitude and your physical fitness. Enjoy! Relax. Smile. Laugh. Sing, Hum, Clean your ears, wash your face, wash your feet, massage your ankles, calves, legs, arms, hands, neck and back. Remember, a healthy body and healthy mind is a terrible thing to waste.
