One can never get enough training
1. Professional Development when planned and executed properly is a good thing.
2. Cross Training is essential for smaller teams even in large organizations.
3. Time Management to do #1 and #2 is essential.
It might seem like these items are obvious, not all business owners and managers find this valuable to their team members and organizations output. Usually, more focus is on the productivity and output and deadlines rather than the staff meetings that are working meetings on sharing knowledge and take the time to make sure everyone is on the same page and same sheet of music when it comes to the tools everyone is using, and using effectively and efficiently.
