Computer parts and supply chain delays and RMA latency

For the last 6 months, the supply chain for electronic parts for repairs has gone from 1-2 days now to 2-3 weeks.
RMA latency has increased from 1 week to 1 month if not longer.
So what does that mean? Does that mean our supply chain is drying up? Maybe.
Will that drive costs higher? I hope not.
