In the past 50 years, games and puzzles have been at the forefront of every kid and adult who have been happy in their lives. A puzzle or game that is often played is often enjoyed and a source for entertainment.
The side benefits are a sharp and keen mind where the brain is actively working to help solve things in a fun way.
So, when it comes to your break time at work, besides a 15-20 minute walk at lunch time, or a 5-10 walk at break time, consider a puzzle game in your daily diet of brain teasers. You would be surprised at the benefits.
Crosswords, word find, picture hunts, anything that helps your brain exercise areas that are often left dusty and needing exercise.
