Windows maximum password reset command do not expire

If you need to set the windows password to not expire, just run this command (in administrative mode).
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited
That should do it.
Also, if you are in doubt, enable the Administrator account to and set the password to something or just blank, it just depends on how good you are at keeping your computer safe and under control.
net user Administrator /active:yes
net user Administrator *
for the above command after the * (asterisk) then press the enter key twice to leave it blank, or type in a password twice. your typing will be hidden and not show, just an FYI. just type in a password twice perfectly the same and you will be golden.
