Power Supplies, which is right size 200W 400W 500W 600W 750W etc

Which power supply wattage is recommended?

That depends. High end versus low end system specifications?

Full size ATX motherboard with 20+4 and 4+4 CPU or more? Should the power supply have modular cables or just hard wired and fixed?

What about your peripherals inside? PCIe power 6 or 8 pin, more than one for the video card, or onboard on the motherboard.

How many hard drives, or are they NVMe m.2280 onboard. Hard drive array of SSD or SATA III, or other drive array types?

It just depends: I recommend 500W power supplies for most cases at 80% or higher efficiency, and 600W if you need a little more room for your build. For mini-ITX computers, 200-250W is fine, and 300-450W is a little hot and warm but enough power to drive most high end shuttle builds.
