Strategy Plans, 2020-2025

It's 30 days from Q4 2020, and we need to relook at the 2020-2025 master plan and make sure we are tracking. Most of the plans I am working on with my clients are biennial, like 2018-2020, or four year plans at 2018-2022, etc. For me, we work on budget cycles for lots of upstream and sidestream clients, so we have to mesh with them accordintly.
For me, 2020-2025 is the following:
1. growth and sustainability, new innovation through partnerships.
2. technology and tools; new development and expanded development, retiring legacy items.
3. support and services; enterprise and smb, metrics and improvements on stats.
