Office Updating, Online Repair for Microsoft September update bug

Well, its Monday morning and Microsoft Windows boots just fine, and then I go to launch Outlook 2019 and the orange banner saying "Office is updating...." and that sits there for 10 minutes and then I get an error message without any numbers or nothing. No debugging. I try Excel 2019, and same, "Office is updating..." ... bam. error...
So I look at my updates and sure enough, 5 updates, so I do a quick online repair, and message comes back, repair successful, feel free to open up your office applications.
I do, and guess what, it worked. How many calls will I get from this on Tuesday when everyone returns to work? I have no clue.
