If you have a need for a POE switch solution, there are a few I recommend based on price, quality, performance, and warranty
Here is the recommendation:
1. Ubiquiti - a very good wifi and POE solution
2. HP - a great enterprise solution
3. TP-Link - a great consumer, non-profit, easy entry solutin
As far as configurations and port sizing choices:
8 port, 16 port, 24 port, or split 8/8 or even smaller 5 port.
Pricing matters; configure a couple hundred dollars to get into a medium POE switch, +/- $50-75 depending on the options; rack mountable, all gigabit of course, managed versus unmanaged.
