In the day and age of privacy, I wonder why IP Location is default on for Windows 10. Why not keep IP location off until wanted or allowed for a single session, app while in use, etc.
The GPS features of your cell phone, triangulation between cell towers, and other ways of identifying where you are is rather amazing. I just wonder why Microsoft and Apple, Google and others are not being more OPT-IN by default rather than OPT-OUT if you can figure out how to do so.
Alas, I digress and hope we have more folks who are aware of their applications and operating systems giving away their privacy without question.
