In the past 5 years, I have helped lead the migration of 25+ clients from Exchange on premise to Outlook Microsoft Cloud Exchange.
What are the challenges?
1. pushing the email PST size 50GB+
2. having to fix and swap out existing biz email on the personal Microsoft live site
3. setting global administrator access and retention policies
what I love is that we have successfully completed 5 major upgrades in the past 2 years.
