I pulled out a mounted 4TB drive from my Linux Mint computer and needed to access the bulk data files on it and forgot it was EXT4 format, and in my Windows 10 test development machine I was like... how do I access those files without copying it twice.

Oh! wait! Just a moment. I know a tool.  EXT2FSD.

EXT2FSD : Ext2Fsd project is an ext2/3/4 file system driver for Windows (2k/XP/7/8/10).

This utility worked great for me.
