upgrading your Linux Mint 19.3 to Linux Mint 20 - I did it

For those interesting in upgrading and updating to Linux Mint 20 from Linux Mint 19.3 (tessa), the instructions provided work.
 
I did have to re-install quite a few programming applications and Internet tools, just click on the package, and click re-install to get it to work. the dependencies under 20 versus 19.3 had to be refreshed.

It works.
 
It took about 45 minutes on my AMD-3950X with 1TB Samsung EVO 970 NMVe m.2 and 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000.
