I had to repost this since I had forgotten it since our support for Windows 7 has moved to Windows 10... almost 6 months now and not too much support needed on Windows 7, and all we have been installing in the past 4 years is mostly Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. So you can imagine trying to recall and remember the following:

If you want to create a bootable USB from an ISO image there are a few ways.

1. Linux Live USB Creator, source: https://www.linuxliveusb.com/
2. Win32Image, sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/
3. Manually follow these instructions..

a. start diskpart
b. list disk
c. select disk # (the usb one you want to blank / format)
d. clean
e. create partition primary
f. select partition 1
g. active
h. format fs=ntfs quick
i. assign letter #
f. exit

now copy your CD/DVD files to the jump drive. copy and paste, or robocopy will work.
