President
JoJo performs performs as the strategic oversight of the company and coordinator of the advisory board. Currently she has changed her daily activities and since August 2007 has been a team player at Charter Media with #1 sales, marketing and video production team on the west coast.
She was active with the Professional Sales Network of Nevada while performing company duties in marketing and sales.
She served International Game Technology, the world's #1 leader and manufacturer of gaming slot machines in the world based in Reno, Nevada from 1991 to 2006. She started in graphics design for 2 years, and completed the rest of her service in sales order administration. Her experience includes 20 years of business, banking, graphics design and sales and manufacturing experience in both staff and management roles.
She earned a Master's of Business Administration (MBA, 2004-2006). She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (2001-2004). She declares her hometown as June Lake, California however she also grew up living in a myriad of California cities, Japan, Hawaii, and Florida.
Her passions include her family life, church, faith, and creatvity. Both of her daughters, Jill and Katie, are the center of her life and she is a strong supporter of their life and success.
JoJo has a strong background in creativity and design. While she does not always work in the field of dreams, she continually seeks to help others and their needs, and is in turn finding her passionate hobby and success.
Her friends, family and colleagues are many and she strives to help them continously. JoJo loves challenges and is a strong supporter of Andy's causes and passion. |
 Andy Flagg, MBA/TM
Vice President, Treasurer
Andy is the strategic and tactical leader of the company on a daily basis with the assistance of Kellie Kuchler since August 2007. JoJo and Andy work together on strategic plans on a quarterly basis and review financial goals and performance goals to results.
He is responsible for strategic and tactical operations of the company regarding research and development, service and technical operations in all capacities.
In his day to day operations, he is responsible for all tactical activities regarding service and support, order management, vendor management, human resources, legal and risk assessment activities, and investment and future funding operations.
He served Microsoft Corporation, the worlds leader and #1 software manufacturer in the world based in Redmond Washington from 1991 to 1997 as a technical manager in worldwide operations, worldwide replication, worldwide quality divisions and he started as a support engineer in product support. He also served the University of Nevada, Reno from 2004 to 2006 as a support professional in the information technology division. Prior to Microsoft he spent 4 years active duty in the US Army as a Supply Specialist, and then another 5 years in the Oregon and Washington National Guard being honorably discharged in 1996.
His experience includes over 20 years in leadership, design, development and management of business organizations, manufacturing and supply chain management, computer systems engineering and application/database development, product support and customer services, technology such as Internet architecture, application development, and systems integration, library and high performance database systems.
Andy earned a Master's of Business Administration with a minor in Technology Management (MBA/TM 2001-2004) from University of Phoenix in Tempe Arizona. He holds an Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology (1987-1991). He took a hiatus from the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership Degree after completing residency to depart UNR IT and start Mountain Computers Inc and two innovative products.
Andy is a strong supporter of JoJo and her needs and passions. While not working, Andy loves to take JoJo out and about to enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas.
